Commission
The client is encouraged to provide clear and detailed information about the desired product. This enables the artist to work efficiently and accurately to meet the client’s expectations. The artist will make every effort to tailor the product to the client’s preferences.

The client may submit suggestions and requests throughout the project to help ensure the final product aligns with their vision. Minor and reasonable changes may be requested during the work-in-progress phase; however, the artist is not obligated to accept all requested modifications.

Once the final product has been approved by the client, any additional tweaks, changes, or revisions will incur an additional fee.

The artist reserves the right to decline any commission for any reason.
Payment
All payments are processed through PayPal. Pricing is listed and received in EUR (€) by default, but may be converted to USD ($) or other currencies for clarity when necessary.

The standard payment structure is 50% upfront and 50% upon delivery of the final product. For traditional artwork projects, the first payment is due after the client has reviewed and approved a primary sketch.
No payment should be made until the artist and client have agreed on the full scope and pricing of the product and the artist has confirmed the project may proceed. For larger projects, customized payment plans may be discussed and agreed upon.
Refund policy
A full refund will be issued if the artist has not begun work on the product or is unable to complete the project for any reason.

If work has already commenced, only 50% of the upfront payment will be refunded. No refunds will be issued once the final product has been delivered and approved by the client
Client Rights
By default, the client may use the final product for personal use. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing on social media, forums, and community servers. The client may use the product to promote themselves or include it in personal content, provided proper credit is given to the artist.

The product must not be associated with unethical, harmful, or hateful material under any circumstances.

The client may not:
•Reproduce, distribute, or use the product for commercial purposes without license.
•Alter, edit, or modify the product without the artist’s explicit consent.
•Use the product to train or develop artificial intelligence.
•Share or distribute the complete product outside of their own use unless otherwise agreed

If the project includes the depiction or design of an original character, the client retains rights to the character, but not the artwork itself.

The use of any product created by the artist for cryptocurrency or blockchain technologies (including NFTs) is strictly prohibited—even under a commercial license.
Artist Rights
Unless otherwise agreed upon, the artist retains full copyright and ownership of the project and its final product, including all drafts, sketches, and works in progress.

The artist has the right to publish or display the product in a portfolio or on social media and use any part of the project for promotional or educational purposes.

If the client wishes for the project to remain private, a privacy fee must be paid. To obtain full ownership and usage rights, a commercial license must be acquired.

The artist is not obligated to archive or retain files of the final product after delivery.

For discretionary reasons the artist will not upload sensitive content.
Turnaround
The typical timeframe for delivering a product ranges from one to eight weeks, depending on the size, type, and complexity of the project, as well as the client’s position in the work queue. Larger or more detailed projects may require additional time beyond this estimate.

It is the client’s responsibility to notify the artist in advance if there is a fixed deadline. Projects requiring expedited delivery are considered rush work and will incur a rush fee.

An estimated schedule will be provided during the initial discussion. The artist will provide progress updates on a weekly basis. The number and frequency of work-in-progress updates will vary according to the project’s scope and complexity.
